Hypnotherapy
How Does It Work?Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation which allows access to the subconscious mind. The aim is to support people in finding acceptable alternatives to their present unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling or behaving. Hypnotherapy also helps clients become more accepting both of themselves and others, and can be very useful in promoting personal development and unlocking inner potential.
Will I Be Out Of Control?
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation from which you can rouse from at any point during treatment. The subconscious will only accept suggestions that do not conflict with the natural instinct of self preservation and will therefore the client will never lose control.
Can Anyone Be Hypnotised?
Most people respond readily to the hypnotic state although many people experience it differently. Anyone who has ever 'daydreamed' or 'been lost for thought' has experienced the trance state. The depth of trance can vary between sessions and from person to person and any work with your subconscious mind is always very effective. During the sessions the client will also be taught techniques to support them with the issue they bring. These techniques are a very effective tool for progressive effective change.
Each session is tailored to the clients individual needs using a combination of hypnotherapy and NLP. Most issues can be successfully dealt with in one or two sessions. Impact north West prides itself in it's high success rate.
